the pool area was small. it felt really busy since the hotel neared full capacity. rooms didnt have walk in showers. i had to climb in and out of the bath for a shower. i found this to be a big inconvenience and it really detracted from my overall stay.

The room was spacious. It had adequate amenities. The hotel is located near various attractions. I found the smaller pool secluded and set in a tropical environment. The cleaning staff kept everything super clean. The cleaning ladies were efficient and thorough.

the location was pretty good. it was on soi buakhow, near soi lk metro, so it was close to everything. the hotel and the area were relatively peaceful, so it was nice. there are two pools and the smaller one was secluded in a tropical area, i found it.

the concierge service was not friendly. i had reserved six rooms over three days. i never got a satisfactory answer to my questions, this was bad. no one addressed grievances promptly, i think they didn't care.
