small pool area inconvenient shower

the pool area was small. it felt really busy since the hotel neared full capacity. rooms didnt have walk in showers. i had to climb in and out of the bath for a shower. i found this to be a big inconvenience and it really detracted from my overall stay.

The room was clean and quite large. I had a comfortable bed. The hotel location worked great for attractions. Staff offered readiness to assist with any request.

The gym equipment looks flimsy. Much of it shows out of order.

The room was spacious. It had adequate amenities. The hotel is located near various attractions. I found the smaller pool secluded and set in a tropical environment. The cleaning staff kept everything super clean. The cleaning ladies were efficient and thorough.

Soi Buakhow has many dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. I tried the breakfast omelette at "Cheap Charlie's". It was a good experience. I didn't use the hotel's dining facilities.

I appreciated the two swimming pools. One pool was shaded and cool, while the other was sunny and warm. It always gave me a choice. The room was clean. I found the staff friendly, a real asset to my visit.

The soundproofing could be improved. I could hear some noise from other guests. This was a slight inconvenience, though the hotel had good value.

tropical area quiet surrounding good location bad service unfriendly concierge slow response

the location was pretty good. it was on soi buakhow, near soi lk metro, so it was close to everything. the hotel and the area were relatively peaceful, so it was nice. there are two pools and the smaller one was secluded in a tropical area, i found it.

the concierge service was not friendly. i had reserved six rooms over three days. i never got a satisfactory answer to my questions, this was bad. no one addressed grievances promptly, i think they didn't care.

The room was very spacious and clean, i appreciated the large balcony. The staff were helpful with directions. I found two pools available, and both were well-kept. We loved the ground level pool. The location was very convenient, and it was close to many attractions.
